Let Your Fur Babies Shine All the Time

Here are some answers to our most frequently asked questions to help you book your first online appointment with us.

          1. Our prices vary significantly based on salon or mobile grooming, dog weight, breed, hair type, and complexity of styling.  That is why
              we provide quotes individually for you.  We want you to know what to expect before your appointment. 
          2. One small dog (1 to 30 pounds) please select 30 minutes to bathe, 1 hour for haircut and bath when choosing your service time.
          3. One medium dog (31 to 50 pounds) with short and/or straight hair please select 1 hour for a haircut and bath for your service time.
          4. One large dog (over 50 pounds) with short hair please select 1 1/2 hours for a haircut and bath for your service time.
          5. Chloe is our medium/large dog groomer - Please book medium/large dogs with Chloe only.
          6. For more than one dog, multiply our planning time by the number of dogs being groomed when selecting your service time.
          7. We typically ask for 3 to 4 hours from dropoff to pickup so that we have plenty of drying time.  This prevents odors and messes and
              allows us to style more accurately to give you a better looking fur-baby for the ride home.
          8. Same Day Appointments are only accepted by phone or direct contact with your groomer.  Online bookings without direct
              communication by phone/text with us may be refused or require rescheduling.
          9. When in doubt, call or text us before booking to prevent miscommunication.  We want to serve you well and communication is key!
        10. Our automated e-mail confirmations are sent when we review and approve your booking. If you don't receive it, please check your
              spam/junk folders and/or add us to your trusted senders list or contact list. Your appointment is not approved until we confirm.
        11. We send confirmation and reminder texts in person for your appointments. Please respond if you can, and if you don't hear from
              us please make sure we have the right phone number for you.  We try our best to text everyone at least once before appointment time.
        12. Please don't book one hour appointments for multiple dogs, or multi-hour appointments for a single dog without coordinating with us.
              We want to be respectful of your time and the time of all of our customers.  Again, if you aren't sure, please ask us and we will help.
        13. Lastly; Same-day cancellations deny services to our other customers and may result in a $35 cancellation fee. Multiple same-day
              cancellations or no-shows may require us to deny future bookings.
